1. Gift Voucher & Experience Purchase
All gift vouchers and experiences are non-refundable and not exchangeable/redeemable for cash.

2. Pricing
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. All prices include Goods & Services Tax (GST).

3. Lost Gift Vouchers
If a gift voucher is lost, the recipient may be eligible to have a replacement voucher emailed to them. Conditions for replacement of lost gift vouchers are:
1. The voucher must still be valid and not yet used.
2. Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of a gift voucher number, purchaser’s full name or recipient’s full name.
3. Stunt Driving School must be able to correctly verify you as the original recipient.

4. Gift Voucher Expiry
Stunt Driving School gift vouchers have a 12 month expiry from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers are non-refundable in whole or part. After a voucher has expired it is no longer valid and all booking attempts will be declined. Any unused value at the date of expiry will become the property of Stunt Driving School. The expiry date is clearly visible on all gift vouchers.
Gift voucher extensions may be granted under certain circumstances. All gift voucher extensions incur an administration fee. If the gift voucher is yet to expire, an administration fee of $10 per month applies. If the gift voucher has already expired but less than 30 days ago, then the voucher may be extended by three months and will incur an administration fee of $50. Vouchers expired over 30 days do not qualify for an extension.
Please note that you may also be required to pay the difference in cost if the experience has increased in price since the initial purchase.

5. Availability of Experiences.
All experiences are offered subject to availability. It is recommended that bookings be made at least three weeks in advance. Bookings are not finalised until you receive a letter of confirmation. Please be advised that our website shows our available dates. These dates are a guide only and are subject to change. We suggest if you plan on purchasing a voucher for a specific date then you contact us prior to completing the transaction.

6. Booking Changes
Changes to bookings are allowed under certain conditions. Changes between sessions on the same day are allowed at no extra cost subject to availability.  If you need to reschedule to another date, this may be done up to 7 days prior to your booked date at no extra cost. If the date change is made within 7 days of your booked date then the reschedule fee of $10 for Wild Rides and $50 for Full Driving Experiences will apply. If a second reschedule is required the reschedule fees will apply regardless of when it is rescheduled. Any schedule change must be made by close of business the last business day prior to the event. Changes are not permitted on the day of the event or on the Saturday before, if the event is on the Sunday.

7. No Shows
If you fail to attend your course without notifying Stunt Driving School you will forfeit your experience.

8. Changes or Cancellations by Stunt Driving School
At times, we may need to change session times or dates. If this occurs we will notify you on the contact details provided at the time of booking. If your booking needs to be rescheduled because of our change, you may change to any other session or time that suits you and will be done at no extra charge.

9. Experience Session Length
Our experience session lengths are approximate and are a guide to the total time you will be at the venue. Unless otherwise stated you will normally take your turn with other customers and there may be a waiting time involved.

10. Restrictions on Experiences
Due to the nature of our experiences restrictions do apply. All participants of the “Stunt Driving Experience” must hold a current Provisional or Full Drivers licence and this must be cited on the day of the experience. CAMS licences do not qualify. All drivers must be able to competently drive a manual transmission vehicle.
All participants of the “Wild Ride Experience” must be a minimum age of 15.

11. Spectators
Spectators are allowed at all Stunt Driving School sessions, however, they must remain in the assigned areas and not wander around the venue. All spectators must comply with any instructions given to them by Stunt Driving School staff. Failure to do so may mean removal of not only the spectators but the participant as well.

12. Photos & Video
Our experiences are designed at fun and therefore many people like to take photos and video of their experience. This is allowed for personal use only. Any video or photos taken or used for other purposes must have written consent from Stunt Driving School.
